We accept Paypal, Personal Cheques and Postal Orders, just decide on checkout. Payment must be made at time of order or within 5 days, if paying by personal cheque or postal order. Payments should be made to

Orders will be processed on receipt of payment and in case of personal cheques items will be sent when funds have cleared


Postage
All UK orders will be posted calculated using the Royal Mail weight charge or for larger orders an overnight courier will be used. Costs below are for UK mainland only. For those of you who have not shopped with me before the postage is based on combined weight not per item. It also includes a small amount on top of the wax weight for bubble wrap and filling for protection of the products and packaging costs. I like to ensure my products reach you in perfect condition. I'm sure you can all appreciate this

151-250g = £2.25
251-500g = £275
501-750g = £3.35
751-1000g= £4.15
1001-1250g = £5.25
1251-1500g = £5.95
1501-1750g = £6.50
1751-2000g = £7.15
2001-4000g =£8.99 will go by courier

Delivery Times
Due to all products being made fresh to order please allow at least 5-7 days for your order to be made and shipped. At busy times it may take longer but you will be advised should that be the case.

Returns
In the event that the items not fulfilling the original product description I will be happy to accept returns provided they are unused. I do not accept returns purely because the customer has changed their mind. Colours vary from time to time as each product is unique

Lost or Damaged Goods
Unfortunately I cannot control the Royal Mail services. However I always obtain a certificate of postage. I ensure each order is packed well but should you receive a damaged item please contact me as soon as possible.

Christmas Delivery
Last order date for pre-Christmas delivery is 9th December. The last posting date is 12th December. Please order well in advance to avoid disappointment
